Our fresh truffles are grown and foraged from the volcanic soils in Rotorua in our family-owned trufferie.
We supply the finest seasonal fresh Perigord truffle directly to discerning home cooking enthusiasts and deal directly with chefs and restaurants to meet specific requirements.

Black Truffle Ltd is a New Zealand based independent supplier and grower of fresh black truffles. Established in 2006 on a lifestyle block on the outskirts of Rotorua, New Zealand, our main objective was to utilise the potential of our new land as a source of sustainable horticulture. When researching potential boutique cultivation of our land, we considered developing a nursery or saffron farm before coming across the idea of truffles, which were in the early stages of their introduction into New Zealand farms and the New Zealand market.
